Cougar CASH is the convenient, cashless way to pay for products and services at many WSU campus locations.

A prepaid debit account that's part of your CougarCard; Cougar CASH has you covered, from vending machines to The Bookie with whatever you need, whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

Reminder: CougarCash is not the same as Dining Dollars within a Resident Meal Plan or Mini Meal Plan. Add Dining Dollars here. 

Adding Funds to Cougar CASH

When you deposit money into your Cougar CASH account, it becomes accessible through your CougarCard. As you make purchases using your card, the purchase amount is deducted from your Cougar CASH account. Your Cougar CASH is a debit account, not a credit account.

  • Use the GET web application

  • Download the GET App for Android/Apple

  • In-person at the CougarCard Center

  • Payroll Deduction for WSU Employees (through Workday)

  • Mail a check to CougarCard Center with the WSU ID number and student name in the memo

Cougar CASH Features

  • It's Easy. No need to carry cash, checks, ATM and other cards.

  • Balances roll over each term/year.

  • Debt Free - No debts, balances, or interest.

  • Safe - It's a photo ID and you can deactivate your card if it is ever lost or stolen.

Some services on campus will only accept Cougar CASH as a form of payment. These include:

  • laptop rentals at the Crimson Service Desk,

  • departmental lab supplies, and

  • printer/copiers located in the campus libraries.
